24 variants
Which MV-SC6000 do you need?
The 24 variants differ in resolution, monochrome or colour, lens mount, focal length, frame rate, memory and lighting. Below you can see what each item means and which choices are listed in the current product data.
Resolution
Resolution is the number of pixels in the image. The required field of view and the smallest detail that must be visible determine the choice.
Listed image sizes: 1408 × 1024, 2432 × 2048, 2560 × 2048, 4096 × 2944, 4608 × 5120 and 5120 × 5120 pixels.
Monochrome or colour
Choose colour when a colour difference is part of the inspection. Monochrome is usually sufficient for shape, position, text, edges and brightness differences.
Available: monochrome and colour, depending on the model.
Lens and field of view
The lens mount determines whether the optics are part of the variant or selected separately.
- M12 models: mechanical focusing with 6, 8, 12 or 16 mm, depending on the variant.
- C-mount models: interchangeable lens; select the lens for the sensor size, field of view and working distance.
Frame rate and shutter type
All listed SC6000 models use a CMOS sensor with a global shutter. The entire image is captured at the same moment.
Listed maximum frame rates: 16, 20, 40, 45, 60, 80 and 120 fps, depending on the model.
Processing and memory
The camera processes images on the device with the Vision Master platform, including a deep-learning module according to the family specifications.
Listed: 8 GB memory on most models, 16 GB on the SC6250 variants and 64 GB storage across the family.
Lighting and machine connection
The listed M12 XBN models have switchable red, green, blue and white lighting. C-mount NNN models are listed without an included light source.
Machine connections: digital I/O, RS-232, Gigabit Ethernet, TCP, UDP, Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Fins, MC and FTP.
