Resolutie is het aantal pixels in het beeld. Voor de keuze zijn het totale beeldveld en het kleinste detail dat zichtbaar moet zijn bepalend.
Beschikbaar: 1600 × 1216, 2432 × 2048, 3200 × 1920, 4096 × 2816 en 4096 × 2944 pixels.

Welke MV-SC5000 heeft u nodig?
De 50 uitvoeringen verschillen in resolutie, mono of kleur, lensvatting, brandpuntsafstand, sluitertype en framesnelheid. Hieronder staat per onderdeel wat het betekent en welke keuzes beschikbaar zijn.
Mono of kleur
Kies kleur als een kleurverschil onderdeel is van de controle. Voor vorm, positie, tekst, randen en helderheidsverschillen is mono meestal voldoende.
Beschikbaar: mono en kleur.
Lensvatting en scherpstelling
De lenskeuze bepaalt het beeldveld en de manier van scherpstellen.
- M12: vaste lens, mechanisch scherpstellen.
- D14-vloeistoflens: elektrisch scherpstellen zonder aan de lens te draaien.
- C-mount: wisselbare lens.
Brandpuntsafstand
Bij dezelfde sensor en werkafstand geeft een kortere brandpuntsafstand een breder beeldveld. Een langere brandpuntsafstand geeft een smaller beeldveld.
Beschikbaar: 6, 8, 12 en 16 mm. C-mount-modellen gebruiken een wisselbare lens.
Framesnelheid en sluitertype
De framesnelheid geeft aan hoeveel beelden de camera maximaal per seconde maakt. Een global shutter legt het hele beeld tegelijk vast. Een rolling shutter leest het beeld regel voor regel uit.
Beschikbaar: maximaal 10, 15, 30, 60 of 100 fps, afhankelijk van het model. Er zijn modellen met global shutter en rolling shutter.
Verwerking en machinekoppeling
De camera verwerkt beelden met VisionMaster. De familiespecificaties vermelden 8 GB geheugen, 64 GB opslag, Gigabit Ethernet en een deep-learningmodule.
Vermelde koppelingen: digitale I/O, TCP, UDP, Modbus, seriële communicatie, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Fins, MC en FTP.

Voert de SC5000 de inspectie zelf uit?
Ja. De camera neemt het beeld op en verwerkt het met VisionMaster. Het resultaat gaat via digitale I/O of een ondersteund industrieel protocol naar de machine of PLC.
Is meer resolutie altijd beter?
Nee. De resolutie moet genoeg pixels leveren voor het beeldveld en het kleinste relevante detail. Een hogere resolutie dan nodig levert niet automatisch een betere controle op.
Wanneer heb ik kleur nodig?
Als kleurverschil onderdeel is van de goed-foutbeslissing. Voor controles op vorm, positie, tekst of helderheidscontrast kan een monomodel volstaan.
Wat doet de D14-vloeistoflens?
De vloeistoflens stelt elektrisch scherp. U hoeft daarvoor niet handmatig aan de lens te draaien. Het benodigde focusbereik hangt af van de werkafstanden in de toepassing.
Wanneer kies ik een global shutter?
Bij beweging tijdens de belichting. Een global shutter legt het hele beeld tegelijk vast. Een rolling shutter leest het beeld regel voor regel uit en kan passen als het product stilstaat of weinig beweegt.
Kan ik elke eigenschap combineren?
Nee. De 50 modellen vormen een vast aanbod. Resolutie, mono of kleur, lensvatting, brandpuntsafstand, sluitertype en framesnelheid zijn per model vastgelegd.
