Hikrobot SC5000 smart camera voor veeleisende inspecties
De SC5000 is de nieuwe flagshipserie binnen het assortiment Hikrobot smart camera's. De serie combineert beeldopname, VisionMaster-verwerking en industriële communicatie voor inspectie direct aan de productielijn.
Het VisionMaster-platform biedt meer dan 140 algoritmen. Deep-learningfuncties ondersteunen onder meer OCR, objectherkenning en defectdetectie. Resultaten kunnen via digitale I/O en ondersteunde industriële protocollen met de machine of PLC worden gedeeld.
De 50 uitvoeringen bieden resoluties van circa 2 tot 12 megapixel, mono of kleur en M12-, D14- of C-mount. Afhankelijk van het model is vaste optiek, een vloeistoflens of verwisselbare C-mount-optiek beschikbaar. De behuizing biedt IP67-bescherming bij correcte montage.
De juiste uitvoering hangt af van het beeldveld, het kleinste detail, de werkafstand, de snelheid en de machine-interface. Sedeco helpt met de selectie van camera, optiek en belichting en kan de haalbaarheid beoordelen met representatieve producten of scherpe testbeelden.
